HOUSING

Smart Housing Services provides high quality properties in and around the Birmingham area for vulnerable adults from the age of 18+.
Smart Housing Services ensure all properties are maintained to a high standard to enable all clients to live in a safe and homely environment.
SUPPORT
Smart Housing Services supports individuals living with different physical disabilities and mental health needs to live their lives more independently and support them to reach their potential by providing support weekly.

You respond so quickly to all communication and to referrals. Somehow you manage to get clients into accommodation within days or even on the same day of referral.
